Save the greed

Heaven’s closing down,

No one visits paradise any more.

The gate has closed.

Gabriel lost his job,

unqualified for cleaning floors,

and flipping burgers.

Hell went bankrupt.

One viciousness to many,

inflation of the system.

The devil stepped down,

before he was kicked out.

But left this legacy.

We must save the greed,

reliable, mathematical facts.

The only way to survive.

Because we lost faith

in a paradise

a long time ago.

The thing about white and black

Neither are colours, but both dependent on them. White reflects all colours, black absorbs them. Yet white isn’t really white without black, and black is never as black without white.
Like soul-mates at each end of the spectrum, both the other’s better half .

“Pack up your troubbles in your old kit bag…

… and bury them beneath the sea.

Pack up your troubles get your old grin back don’t worry about the calvery.”

Eliza Doolittle’s latest song Pack Up. The original song was a British World War 1 march song and you can hear that on the pace of the song and in the chorus.

Another true feel-good song!

The issue of Happiness

“All research done on happiness always come to the same conclusion – it’s not success that makes people happy.
It’s what happens in the meantime, what happens in between the lines.
To clean a closet will make you more happy than a trip to a paradise island.

And if you don’t get happy by cleaning your closet, well, then at least you have a clean closet.”

If you could read my mind

If you could read my mind,

you’d be surprised.

If you could hear my thoughts

you’d be confused.

If you where told my story,

you’d hold me.

If you knew what I’ve done

you’d let me go.

If you learnt who I am

I hope you’d understand.
